Q: Would my competitors be able to advertise at the locations I have signed up for?
A: NO. We offer exclusivity at every location.

Q: How much does it cost to advertise on the network?
A: That depends on which locations you sign up for, how many screens are in that location, and the demographics of the audience.

Q: How soon can my ad be seen after I sign up?
A: As soon as we receive your logo, content, and pictures our team of professional artists will get to work immediately on your commercial. The turn around time for creation is approximately 48 hours until you will have a proof for your review. Once your ad is approved, it is uploaded wirelessly to your selected locations within minutes!

Q: Do you take credit cards?
A: YES. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express

Q: Can I receive a copy of the approved commercial?
A: YES. IAN provides every customer with their commercial on a CD.

Q: Do I get first right of refusal for renewal with the locations that our ads are being displayed?
A: YES. You will be contacted both by email and/or phone 30 days prior to your ad expiring.

Q: Do you offer discounts for purchasing airtime at multiple locations?
A: YES. We offer several multiple location packages based on the number of locations and the pricing of those locations.

Q: Do you offer private networks?
A: YES. We can set up a customizable in-store digital display where you can promote your products using our state of the art media player and software.

Q: How long are your commercials?
A: All commercials are 30 seconds long.

Q: Can we suggest locations you do not currently have in your network?
A: Although we cannot guarantee the location signing up, we would be more than happy to research a location that has interest to you.
